Homemade Pineapple Ice Cream

Serves: 1.5 liters
  • Ice cream base
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Pineapple emulsion ½ Tsp
  1. In a bowl take the frozen ice cream.
  2. Make horizontal and vertical slits using a knife.
  3. Beat with an electric beater until it is light, fluffy and doubles in volume. Start with the lowest speed and gradually increase the speed.
  4. Add the whipping cream and beat again for 5 mins.
  5. Finally, Add the Pineapple emulsion and mix well.
  6. Transfer it to an air-tight container and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours.
