Black Forest Cake Without Oven

  • Chocolate Cake
  • glazed cherries ½ cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 4 cups
  • for garnishing:
  • grated Dark chocolate
  • cherries
  1. In a saucepan, add the cherries, sugar, and water. Cook for 5 mins.
  2. Allow it to cool down completely.
  3. Place a cake board on the turntable. Add a little bit of cream so that the cake sticks to the cake board.
  4. Place the first layer. soak it with cherry syrup. spread the whipped cream. followed by the chopped cherries.
  5. repeat the same process for the other two layers.
  6. cover the sides and top with cream.
  7. Using a 1M tip pipe some swirls and place a cherry on top.
  8. Garnish the top and sides of the cake with grated chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
