  • Mascarpone cheese 1 cup
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Strongly brewed coffee 1½ cup
  • lady fingers 24
  • Cocoa powder for dusting.
  1. Beat the mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla until combined. (do not over beat)
  2. In a separate bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the mascarpone cheese and whipped cream. (reserve some of the whipped cream for decoating). Add 2 tbsp coffee and fold gently
  4. Take coffee in a small bowl.Dip the lady fingers in it and line a square tin with a layer of lady fingers.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  6. Place a another layer of sponge fingers.
  7. Spread the remaining cream mixture.
  8. Take the reserved whipped cream in a piping bag and pipe kisses on top of it.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
  10. Just before serving dust it with cocoa powder.
