Chicken Kadai Restaurant style

Chicken Kadai is a famous North-Indian gravy. It tastes even better than what you get in restaurants.  I love North-Indian gravies a lot. Vegetarians can add paneer instead of chicken and prepare paneer kadai. You can even prepare kadai mutton or kadai beef. The recipe remains same. I Have used my homemade kadai masala powder to prepare this. You can find the recipe here.

I cooked the chicken separately in a pressure cooker. But you can also cook it along with the gravy. This dish is supposed to be spicy. I have added 3 chopped green chillies but you can add according to your taste.
